Who CREDITAS Real Estate is
The brand is operated by CREDITAS Real Estate a.s. (IČO 06011799), based in Olomouc. It was founded in 2017. The company focuses on residential development, including rental housing, and invests in the property market. It also concentrates on acquisitions of already completed functional buildings.
The developer is part of the Czech investment group CREDITAS and a member of the Association of Developers. For a buyer, this is useful information mainly in two respects. It is a company backed by a larger group and also a member of a professional association. Projects outside Prague
Four projects are for sale outside the capital. We summarise their details according to what is available:
- Nová Valcha in Plzeň: 1+kk, 2+kk, 3+kk and 4+kk layouts.
- Klecanská alej in Klecany: 2+kk, 3+kk, 4+kk, 5+kk and 7+kk layouts. The offer therefore also includes large units for bigger households.
- Nové Boroviny in Kladno: we do not have more detailed information on layouts and prices.
- Apartmány Zadov in Stachy: 1+kk and 2+kk layouts, with prices from CZK 6.95 million.
Apartmány Zadov differ in focus from the city projects. Stachy lies in a tourist area, so this is apartment-style housing rather than ordinary city flats. Before buying, decide whether you want the unit for permanent living, for leisure or as an investment, because this affects, for example, running and management costs.
Prices and completion dates
The only price we state here is for Apartmány Zadov, from CZK 6.95 million. For the other projects, the source data shows the same indicative price for several different locations, and given the differences between Prague, Plzeň and Klecany, we do not consider it reliable. We therefore prefer not to use it. Always request the actual prices from the developer and verify them in the current price list for the specific unit.
The same applies to completion dates. For several projects, the catalogue states completion in autumn 2026. As this date is now close or current, we recommend finding out what stage the construction has actually reached and when the handover of the flats is planned.
What to ask before reserving
- What the current state of construction is and when the building approval for occupation is expected.
- Whether the price in the price list is final or whether other items are added, for example a parking space or a cellar.
- What the payment structure is under the agreement on a future contract and how your deposits are protected.
- What the planned running costs and the repair fund contributions are.
- What the legal status of the land is and whether valid permits are available.
