Most are in Prague, and others are in Beroun, Dolní Břežany, Roztoky and Město Touškov. We state a price for some of the projects; for the others, you need to ask the developer directly.

Who is JRD

JRD Services s.r.o. (company ID 02811022) was founded in 2014. According to the information available, it builds in Beroun, Dolní Břežany, Město Touškov, Plzeň, Prague and Roztoky. On its website, JRD states that it has sold 1,650 residential units.

Prague: from Kamýk to Hloubětín

Most of the offer is in Prague. There are two projects in Praha 12, Vital Kamýk and Horizont Kamýk. For the latter, the catalogue records 2+kk and 3+kk layouts (the "kk" means a kitchenette in the living room) and a price from CZK 9.7 million.

Of the projects with a stated price, the cheapest is Park Hloubětín in Praha 9, from CZK 7.9 million. By contrast, Rezidence Bella Vista in Praha 8 is the most expensive of the JRD projects whose price we know: from CZK 27.49 million. The difference between them is considerable, so there is little point in comparing the two offers without taking flat size and fittings into account.

The other Prague projects are Bohdalecké Kvarteto (Praha 4), U Pernikářky 7 and Vily Diamantica (both Praha 5). For Rezidence Lipence, which is listed under Prague, we have 1+kk and 2+kk layouts.

Outside Prague: Beroun, Roztoky, Dolní Břežany and Touškov

Outside the capital, the catalogue covers four locations. Rezidence Beroun is in the centre of Beroun. Nové Roztoky is in Roztoky and Rezidence Dolní Břežany is in Dolní Břežany. You will find Touškovský háj in Město Touškov.

• Current price list: "from" prices apply to the cheapest unit. A specific flat usually differs depending on floor, orientation and layout.
• Completion date: we do not have it in our sources for any of the projects listed, so always verify it in the contract.
• Scope of fittings and standard: find out what is included in the price, for example flooring, kitchen or a parking space.
• Payment terms: ask about the amount of the reservation fee and the instalment schedule.
• Permit status: for projects that are not yet completed, ask to see the building permit and the current state of construction.
