With cooperative housing, the legal form of acquisition differs from a standard purchase of a flat into personal ownership, so have the terms explained to you before reserving and check them with a lawyer. Výhledy Řeporyje
The developer MS-INVEST states a price from CZK 9.6 million and 1+kk and 5+kk layouts. We record 0 available units for the project, so check current availability directly with the developer. The project page is here.
PAPRSEK Stodůlky
The Trigema project has the highest starting price in the overview, from CZK 10.29 million. It offers 1+kk, 2+kk and 4+kk layouts, and we record 80 available units. You will find the detail on the project page. The catalogue also contains a second entry under the name Paprsek Stodůlky, for which we have neither a price nor layouts.
Other projects without a published price
For several projects we do not yet have a price. These are Rezidence Stodůlky (feelHOME), Vily Řeporyje (Tempus Living) and Vily Stodůlky Jih (InterCora Stodůlky s.r.o.; Algon s.r.o.).
