How to read the prices in the table
The "project prices from" figure refers to the cheapest unit in the whole project. This may be a smaller apartment, for example a 1+kk, a unit on a less favourable floor, or a unit other than a 2+kk. The price of a 2+kk apartment in the same project will usually be different, depending also on the floor, orientation and floor area.

What differences to look for between projects
Mix of layouts
Some projects have a wide range from 1+kk up to larger apartments, for example Na Kopečku, Harfa Park and Harfa Park V. Others have a narrower offer: Rezidence U Radnice lists 1+kk and 2+kk, while Kolbenova Park offers 2+kk to 4+kk. Kolčavka lists 1+kk, 2+kk and 4+kk, without a 3+kk layout.
