The designation 2+kk only tells you that the apartment has two rooms and a kitchenette without a separate kitchen. Floor area, orientation, floor level and outdoor space differ between apartments, even within one project. When choosing, therefore, compare the following:

• The floor area and floor plan of the specific apartment, not just the name of the layout.
• The completion date and the date of handover of the apartment. For most projects in the overview we do not have it stated, so check it with the developer or through an adviser.
• The payment schedule and the amount of instalments before completion.
• Ancillary spaces, that is a cellar, balcony, terrace or parking space, and whether they are included in the price of the apartment.
